I wouldn’t go to any other caravan. We’ve had two. They’re Australian made. You can actually watch them being created. They’re priced right. But most importantly is the after sales service. No question is too silly. Both Neth and Meth are incredibly patient. They are happy to talk you through any challenges and if necessary enable you to get any problem fixed or sorted. We love the vans. They are everything and more as advertised.

These guys did an amazing build for us. We had custom length and height requirements and they were very accommodating. We had a small issue and to their credit they took ownership right away and rectified it. This is something lacking in most businesses these days. We got regular build update pics and it was built on time to the highest quality you could expect. These guys care about what they do and they do a bloody good job at it.

We deliberately waited to write our review on Grand Caravans. It’s easy to give everyone 5 stars straight after pick up. If you are after true old fashioned Customer Service Grand are your people! The boys, Laura and the team at Grand didn’t have any issues with us visiting their factory and going over and over things. They were not pushy. The team were happy for us to visit the factory during the build. If we couldn’t get there, they sent us photos and videos. We have just had our first service after travelling on some very gruelling roads and couldn’t be more happier with the van. The off grid capabilities are amazing.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Meth and Neth. They’ve completely blown us away. Their customer service is outstanding, they’re incredibly professional, and at the same time so down to earth. They take the time to explain everything clearly and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the cabinetry to the wiring, you can really see the care and effort that goes into their work — they truly stand in a league of their own. We’ve now had our van for over five years and couldn’t be happier.

Neth, Meth and Laura are all amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have gone out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Our van was ready earlier than expected, no delays. We were sent regular update photos during the build and were kept up to date throughout the whole build process. Grand Caravans are an amazing company with a really high quality product.
